OUR VISION AND MISSION

"BRING PEOPLE HOME TO JESUS"
Our vision  is to see a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit and a new fire in the Catholic Church. We dream of a generation of young leaders saying YES as followers of Jesus to follow God’s plans and transform Church and Society.

Our mission is to create welcoming spaces where people can encounter God and deepen their relationship with Him in prayer and worship. We want to disciple young people to become passionate and formed followers of Jesus, grow in their identity and be shaped as leaders to be sent and follow God's plan for their lives.

OUR SPIRITUALITY

Since the beginnings of our movement, our spirituality has been Marian, charismatic and Eucharistic. Our spirituality is mirrored in the Angelus prayer.

Hearing the Word of God and receiving the Holy Spirit.
Deciding for and saying “Yes” to God’s plans.
Allowing God’s Word to become flesh within us. Carrying out God’s plans.

We live our faith with an open heart for both the faithfulness of day-to-day life (Nazareth) and the Spirit-filled “Upper Room Moments” (Pentecost). In our spirituality we want to mirror St Therese of Lisieux’s teaching “In the Heart of the Church I Will Be Love”. As a movement, we serve the Catholic Church, yet reach out our open arms towards our brothers and sisters in the whole body of Christ.

OUR VALUES

Jesus is our CORNERSTONE.
Jesus is our first love and at the centre of everything we do

We practice a CULTURE OF RADICAL HOSPITALITY.
We want to serve and make everyone feel welcome and loved as the Father who loves them, in their unique identity.

We want to live a LIFESTYLE WITNESS.
We want to let God's light shine through us and live life with integrity.

We live a CULTURE OF EXCELLENCE AND BEAUTY.
We want to glorify God and reflect God's beauty by giving our best in everything we do.

We welcome UNITY in God's Church.
In our Catholic identity, we welcome other confessions of Christian faith with our arms wide open.

We are SPIRIT-LED.
We believe that God has a purpose and calling for each one of us, and we practice the gifts of the Spirit and embrace God's dreams for us and His Church.

Discipleship

Follow Me! is a weekend-based course (8 weekends within a period of 12 months) aimed at Catholic young people between 18 and 30 years of age. It is a journey to help young people to hear the call of Christ and support them on their way to follow the call of Jesus in their life, in the family, in society and in the Church.
